⚠️ Important Notice for IPTV Customers

Dear Lion IPTV customers, please read carefully and apply the changes.

If your Lion IPTV is not working for your, follow these steps.

1. If you are using the original Canada IPTV app logout and login again, if still does not work, go to your device SETTINGS / APPS OR APPLICATIONS, find the Canada IPTV app and click on CLEAR DATA. This will delete everything and now you can login again with your username and password.

2. If you are using Canada IPTV 2.0, Follow these steps.

Click ad playlist choose Lion 2 from the list and login with your username and password. if still does not work, go to your device SETTINGS / APPS OR APPLICATIONS, find the Canada IPTV 2.0 app and click on CLEAR DATA. This will delete everything and now you can login again with your username and password.

3. If you are using a third party app such as smarters player or Tivimate app. Private message us and this is how you start your conversation.

Hi my lion IPTV is not working, here is my order number***** and this is the player i use ******

Once you provide your order number and the IPTV player you are using we will provide you the new portal URL.
